AIDS/LifeCycle Team XXX Completes Ride, Raises Over $28,000

Last week, Team XXX returned to work after completing the emotionally charged, 545-mile bike ride between San Francisco and Los Angeles that took place June 5-11, 2011.  Three of Team XXX members are Falcon/Raging Stallion employees – Adam Q. Robinson, Brandon Jensen, and Mike Sijacic (pictured above), they joined their teammates with the common goal of raising money and awareness in the fight to end HIV/AIDS.

Thanks in part to the fans of Falcon Studios & Raging Stallion Studios who responded overwhelmingly to the AIDS/LifeCycle Sale held May 10-17, Team XXX was able to exceed their goal and raise over $28,000. Part of funds they raised was a contribution of $2,500 from the company – 20% of the gross sales from the Falcon sale.

“This sale was a tremendous success and I’m honored to present this money to Team XXX for such an important charity,” announced Ward.  “We strive to do well always, but it is all the more rewarding when we can also do good by giving to a cause that is so close to our employees’ and customers’ hearts.”

AIDS/LifeCycle is the world’s largest annual HIV/AIDS fundraising event in which teams of riders travel in a 545-mile bike ride between San Francisco and Los Angeles each year.   The fundraising event has been a major force in raising awareness about HIV/AIDS and the growing need for services as the number of people living with the disease continues to grow.

Team XXX Captain, Robinson affirms, “We can’t thank the fans and our company enough.  This contribution pushed us over our original $20,000 team goal. Every contribution helps someone in need, and we want to send our heartfelt gratitude to every fan who purchased from this sale and everyone who contributed on our Team XXX donation page.”
