The Miss Pineapple 2020 Pageant, a fundraiser for Pineapple Support, took place live on Sunday, July 5. The pageant raised awareness to mental health support to sex workers by gay pornstars showcasing their talents in drag. The show opened with hosts Sister Roma and Marc Macnamara! Once the show started, celebrity guest judges The Vixen from RuPaul’s Drag Race, NakedSword director mr. Pam and Silvia Saige joined to party to be the score-givers, responsible for crowning a winner of the Miss Pineapple Pageant 2020. 

The performances started with a relevant and groundbreaking piece from Gemini Dai, aka Dakota Payne, making tribute to Black Lives Matter and other current issues in the world. Beaux Banks, Austin Avery, Calvin Banks, Steven Lee, Levi Carter, Jack Hunter and Diego Sans all joined in on the fun delivering amazing recorded videos, pulling out all the stops. There were visual effects, drone shots and stellar queen of gay porn after stellar queen of gay porn performing in drag to benefit Pineapple Support. In the end, Dakota Payne as Gemini Dai took home the golden pineapple trophy, being crowned the first ever Miss Pineapple.
