Falcon Studios announces the upcoming release of The Guys Next Door, \u00a0a two-part extravaganza that is a sure bet to be a contender for Best Picture in the gay genre. GayVN Hall-of-Fame director, Chris Ward, and rising star director Steve Cruz co-directed the film.<\/p>\n
