Part of funds they raised was a contribution of $1,500 from the Falcon/Raging Stallion Studios – 50% of the profits from the scene sale.

“We are so proud of Adam, Brandon and Mike for all their fundraising efforts and the time and energy they put into the ride,” announced Company President Chris Ward. “With a cause that is close to our employees’ and customers’ hearts, we are tremendously happy that the sale was a success and we could donate the proceeds to AIDS LifeCycle.”

Adam Q. Robinson expressed his thanks, “We are so grateful to the company and to all the fans. This contribution pushed us over our goals, and will be spent by AIDS LifeCycle helping people in need. We want to take this opportunity to send gratitude and appreciation to all the fans who responded to our sale and everyone who contributed on our donation pages.”

By the end of this year’s AIDS/LifeCycle, participants marked two huge milestones: two decades of riding and 20-million miles. Collectively, since the event was founded as California AIDS Ride in 1993, cyclists will have ridden 20-million miles to help end AIDS and care for those living with the virus. That’s equivalent to traveling back and forth to the moon more than 40 times, or around the world 800 times.

“What these cyclists will have accomplished, and collectively what every participant over the last 20 years has accomplished, is truly incredible,” said AIDS/LifeCycle Director Greg Sroda. “Each year people from all over the world join us not only because the event is a life-changing experience for them, but because the money they raise changes the lives of people living with HIV. Since the rides began in 1993, our participants have raised close to $180 million.”

AIDS/LifeCycle participants play a significant role in helping to promote HIV/AIDS education and awareness through outreach to hundreds of thousands of people. On average, each cyclist raises more than $4,500 through their network of supporters which include family, friends, and co-workers.

The L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center and San Francisco AIDS Foundation, which are the beneficiaries and producers of AIDS/LifeCycle, are at the forefront of efforts to reduce new HIV infections and are dedicated to ensuring access to proper medical care for anyone who needs it. Both organizations deliver essential community programs and services for HIV education, prevention, testing, and care.

For more information about AIDS LifeCycle and how you can donate or participate, visit AIDSLifeCycle.com.

Sijacic, Robinson, Jensen Falcon/Raging Stallion Employees; Adam Q.
